Iberia has signed an agreement with ITOCHU Corporation ("ITOCHU") under which the Japanese company will acquire a minority stake in IAG Engine Tech, S. L. ("IET"), a company established in 2026 to become the specialist aircraft engine maintenance business within International Consolidated Airlines Group ("IAG").
